Ingredients

milk

water

salt

melted lard

dry yeast dissolved in ½ cup warm water
Instructions
Heat milk and put lard in it to melt.
Put in large mixing bowl and add water, so mixture is lukewarm.
Add sugar, salt and yeast mixture. Add flour.
Place round ball of dough in greased bowl and cover with piece of waxed paper and let rise until double.
Punch down and let rise again until almost double.
Mold dough into 4 loaves and let rise again.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
