Ingredients

Instructions
Melt butter in heavy skillet or saucepan; add onion, green pepper and celery.
Cook until vegetables are tender, but not browned, stirring occasionally.
Mix in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
