Ingredients

eggs
slightly beaten

sugar

milk

flour

salt
Instructions
Mix eggs, sugar and milk.
Stir in flour and salt, beating until smooth.
Heat oil to 400°.
Heat iron in hot oil, drain excess oil on paper towel.
Dip heated iron into batter until ⅔ covered.
Dip quickly into hot oil and cook until brown, about 1 minute.
Remove rosettes from iron and drain on paper towel.
Dip in sugar.
