Ingredients
1½
lbs
brussel sprouts
trimmed and halved
3
tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
kosher salt
½
tsp
black pepper
freshly ground
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Combine all ingredients. (shake in a bag or mix on a pan)
Place onto a baking sheet, then onto the center rack in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
Optional: Shake pan every 5-7 minutes for even browning.
Brussel sprouts should be darkest brown, almost black, when done.
Add kosher salt to taste. Serve hot.
