thin sliced

cheddar cheese soup
10¾ oz

milk

butter

mozzarella cheese
thin sliced

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Render fat from hamburger but do not brown. Drain. Sprinkle with salt.
Combine onions, oregano, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Stir soup and milk until smooth.
Put sliced potatoes in broiler pan (11x13x2). Add beef and soup mixture and stir.
Dot with butter. Pour tomato sauce mixture over the top but do not stir.
Cover with foil. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
Remove and add cheeses.
Return to oven and bake uncovered until cheese becomes bubbly (15 minutes or so).
