Ingredients
White potatoes
Milk
Flour
Eggs
Salt to taste
Butter
Instructions
Peel several white potatoes.
Grate them then add some milk, some flour and a couple eggs and a little salt to taste.
Fry in butter til done and crispy.
Serve with butter or syrup. Bacon and or sausage goes well with the pancakes.
