pineapple juice
make up difference with water

soy sauce
Instructions
Cook sausage and drain.
Cook margarine, pepper, celery, onion, chestnuts, and bamboo shoots until slightly tender.
Combine brown sugar, starch, and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add juice and soy sauce. Cook until thick, stirring constantlyy.
Mix veggies, sausage, sauce, and pineapple. Cook until hot.
Serve over rice or Chow Mein noodles.
