Ingredients

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant coconut cream pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ cup poppy seed

Instructions

  • Mix hot water and poppy seed together. Let cool.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Put in two bread loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
