Ingredients

sliced fresh peaches

water

sugar

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
cornstarch

butter
Pinch of salt
Baked pie shell
Whipped cream
Instructions
Cook 1 cup peaches and water for 4 minutes. Mix sugar and cornstarch; add.
Cook until thick and clear. Add lemon juice, butter and salt. Cool.
Put remaining fruit in pie shell and pour cooled glaze over.
Chill. Top with whipped cream.
