Hot Turkey (Or Chicken) Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups turkey or chicken diced
  • 2 cups celery diced
  • ½ tsp onion diced
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup potato chips crushed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except potato chips.
  • Place in baking dish or 8x8 inch pan.
  • Heat at 375° for 15-30 minutes. Tastes better if heated for a longer time.
  • Sprinkle with chips before putting in oven.
