Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients

medium potatoes

bacon

celery salt

water

vinegar
Instructions
Boil washed potatoes with skins on until tender. Peel and slice thinly.
Fry bacon until crisp and cook onion in bacon fat. Drain.
Mix the next 5 ingredients together; add water and vinegar.
Cook and stir until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute.
Pour over potatoes and add bacon.
Cover and let stand until ready to serve or keep warm in a casserole in a just warm oven.
