Graham Cracker Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 18 graham crackers
  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Cream Pie Custard Filling

  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Crust

  • Combine ingredients, place into pie tin, saving a small amount for the top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

Cream Pie Custard Filling

  • Combine all but vanilla and butter. Boil until thick and smooth.
  • Add vanilla and butter after thick.
  • Pour into pie shell. Make a meringue for top and sprinkle graham cracker mixture on top.
  • Brown in oven.
