Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

Crust

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup soft margarine
  • cup flour

Sauce

  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Glaze

  • tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup fruit juice pineapple is best
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Crust

  • Mix together ingredients. Pat in pizza pan.
  • Bake at 300° for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Sauce

  • Beat ingredients until creamy.
  • When crust has cooled, spread mixture over top of crust.

Toppings

  • Arrange any amount and any combination of fruit on top of cream cheese mixture, such as: strawberries, pineapple, oranges, bananas, grapes, kiwifruit, blueberries, nectarines, plums, etc.

Glaze

  • Heat ingredients to a boil. Cook until slightly thickened. Cool.
  • Pour over pizza.
