Egg Dumplings for Soup

Ingredients

flour

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
oleo or butter

egg
Milk
Instructions
Mix together the first 4 ingredients well.
Beat 1 egg in a cup and fill cup with milk; add to flour mixture.
Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling soup.
Cover tightly and cook for 15 minutes without removing cover.
Notes
Dip spoon in hot soup before dropping first dumpling.
