Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour milk
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups unpeeled crab apples chopped fine

Instructions

  • Put in 2 loaf pans. Sprinkle top with 2 Tbsp. brown sugar.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
