Ingredients

melted margarine

cocoa

powdered sugar
Instructions
Combine margarine, cocoa and salt; add milk and vanilla.
Mix in sugar in 3 parts. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add more sugar to thicken or more milk to thin, if needed.
