Ingredients

herb seasoned stuffing mix

chicken
cooked, cubed

margarine

flour

Dash of pepper

chicken broth

eggs
slightly beaten
Sauce
1
can
cream of mushroom soup
¼
cup
milk
1
cup
sour cream
Pimento
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Prepare stuffing according to package directions for driest stuffing. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Top with chicken.
In a sauce pan melt margarine; add flour, salt and pepper. Add broth and stir until thick.
Stir a small amount of the hot liquid into beaten eggs, then return all to hot mixture. Pour over chicken.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until knife comes out clean. Let stand to set.
Sauce
Mix soup, milk and sour cream together and heat.
Pour over chicken bake when serving. Garnish with pimento.
