Ingredients
1small head cabbageshredded or cut in pieces
1lblean ground beef
1mediumonionchopped
Seasonings to taste
1cancream of tomato soup
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Saute ground beef and onion in butter (heat through, but don't brown). Season to taste.
In casserole, place generous layer of cabbage on bottom; add layer of beef and onion; add balance of cabbage as top layer.
Over all, pour cream of tomato soup.
Cover casserole during first part of baking.
Bake until bubbly hot in preheated oven at 350° for 45-60 minutes or until cabbage is tender, depending on size and amount of ingredients used.
Serve with generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.
