Brown Sugar Topping
½
cup
brown sugar
¼
cup
melted butter
1
tbsp
cream
Confectioners sugar
Instructions
Carrot Bars
Beat egg; add sugar, oil and carrot.
Mix dry ingredients and add.
Flaked coconut and chopped nuts may be added.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. 9x9 pan for single; 9x13 pan for double.
Brown Sugar Topping
Boil brown sugar and melted butter for ½ minute or longer.
Remove from heat; add cream.
Add enough confectioners sugar to spread.
Cut into bars.
