Ingredients

double acting baking powder

milk

Crisco oil
use 1 tbsp or so more

cup
fresh blueberries
Frozen, slightly thawed, or ¾ cup well-drained canned blueberries also work well.
Instructions
Sift together first 4 ingredients.
In small bowl, mix by hand the egg, milk and oil.
Add first mixture, plus blueberries. Fold them in carefully - don't beat.
Fill well greased muffin or paper cupcake holders ½ full with mixture.
Bake 20-23 minutes at 400°. Makes 12 regular size muffins (or more).
Sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon on muffins before baking.
