Ingredients
Beets

vinegar

sugar

water

mixed spices
Instructions
Cook beets.
Make syrup of remaining ingredients. Bring to boil.
Add cooked beets and bring ot a boil again.
Put in jars and seal.
Notes
Makes 5-6 pints.
