Ingredients

  • Beets
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • cup sugar
  • cup water
  • 1 tbsp mixed spices

Instructions

  • Cook beets.
  • Make syrup of remaining ingredients. Bring to boil.
  • Add cooked beets and bring ot a boil again.
  • Put in jars and seal.

Notes

Makes 5-6 pints.
