Barbequed Meatballs (Crockpot Recipe)

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 2 lbs lean hamburger
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 14 oz ketchup
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

Sauce

  • Mix together sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Meatballs

  • Shape ingredients into meatballs.
  • Lightly grease pan and bake at 312° for 20 minutes.
  • Put in crockpot and cover with sauce.
  • Heat on low until warm.

Notes

Yield: 5-6 dozen small meatballs.
