Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Super Moist spice cake mix
  • 1 can apple pie filling 21 oz.
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Grease or spray bottom only of 9x13 pan.
  • Beat cake mix, pie filling and eggs in large bowl on low speed for two minutes or so (batter will be thick).
  • Spread half of the batter in pan.
  • Stir together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over batter in pan.
  • Spread remaining batter in pan, sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Served with whipped topping. Store loosely covered.
