Impossible Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1½ cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup light syrup
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup margarine melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Use a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in plate.
- Beat all other ingredients until smooth (I use blender).
- Pour into pie plate and bake until done, about 50 minutes.
- Cool before cutting.
