Graham Cracker Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 18 graham crackers
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
Cream Pie Custard Filling
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 1½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
Crust
- Combine ingredients, place into pie tin, saving a small amount for the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
Cream Pie Custard Filling
- Combine all but vanilla and butter. Boil until thick and smooth.
- Add vanilla and butter after thick.
- Pour into pie shell. Make a meringue for top and sprinkle graham cracker mixture on top.
- Brown in oven.
