Barbequed Meatballs (Crockpot Recipe)
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 2 lbs lean hamburger
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 14 oz ketchup
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
Sauce
- Mix together sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Meatballs
- Shape ingredients into meatballs.
- Lightly grease pan and bake at 312° for 20 minutes.
- Put in crockpot and cover with sauce.
- Heat on low until warm.
Notes
Yield: 5-6 dozen small meatballs.
