Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Combine all ingredients. (shake in a bag or mix on a pan)
- Place onto a baking sheet, then onto the center rack in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
- Optional: Shake pan every 5-7 minutes for even browning.
- Brussel sprouts should be darkest brown, almost black, when done.
- Add kosher salt to taste. Serve hot.
