Spaghetti Sauce with Meat
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans tomatoes cut up, 16 oz cans
- 1 can tomato paste 6 oz
- ¾ cups water
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green pepper
- ½ tsp garlic or to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano or to taste
Instructions
- Saute green pepper and onion.
- Brown ground beef in same pan.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer.
