Poppy Seed Cake
Ingredients
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 box instant coconut cream pudding
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup hot water
- ¼ cup poppy seed
Instructions
- Mix hot water and poppy seed together. Let cool.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Put in two bread loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
