Crazy Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 3 cups regular flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soda
- ⅓ cup cocoa
- ¾ cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups water
Frosting
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Cake
- Mix dry ingredients in ungreased 9×13-inch pan.
- Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. Put oil in one well, vinegar in the next, and vanilla in the third.
- Pour water over top of all of these and stir.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
Frosting
- Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Let cool and spread on cake.
