Sour Cream Muffins
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp soda
Instructions
- Mix butter and sugar; add egg and cream.
- Add flour and soda. Put in muffin tins.
- Mix ½ cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
