Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups grated zucchini leave peel on
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Mix in order given.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
