Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup coconut or chopped nuts (if desired)
- ¼ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Cut dough into 24 small pieces.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon and coconut.
- Coat dough pieces with butter; then roll in cinnamon mixture.
- Place in well greased Bundt pan.
- Cover and let rise till double. 1½-2 hours.
- Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
