Ingredients

  • 5 cups rhubarb
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg Jello 3 oz, desired flavor

Instructions

  • Mix rhubarb and sugar; let stand 2 hours.
  • Cook until mushy. Add Jello and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  • Put in jars and keep refrigerated.
