Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • lbs brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Combine all ingredients. (shake in a bag or mix on a pan)
  • Place onto a baking sheet, then onto the center rack in the oven for 30-45 minutes.
  • Optional: Shake pan every 5-7 minutes for even browning.
  • Brussel sprouts should be darkest brown, almost black, when done.
  • Add kosher salt to taste. Serve hot.
