Hash Browns/Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small carton sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all in bowl and bake in greased pan or casserole dish at 300° for 2 hours.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
