Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 pkg linguine 16 oz
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into cubes
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 26 oz
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare linguine according to package directions in 6-qt saucepot. Add broccoli during last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain linguine mixture well in colander.
- Heat butter in saucepot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
- Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper, and linguine mixture in saucepot and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occationally.
- Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
