Peach Tapioca

- 1 qt milk in double boiler scalded
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup Minute Tapioca
Unlisted Ingredients in Recipe
- 1 egg yolk beaten
- 1 egg white beaten
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- peach halves enough to line a dish
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Boil [listed ingredients] 5 or 10 minutes and add 1 egg yolk (beaten). Boil until thick.
- Take off stove and add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla.
- Add beaten white of egg.
- Line a dish with peach halves and pour pudding over this.
- Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
