Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small pkg chow mein noodles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Saute hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper and put in casserole.
  • Add mushroom soup, chicken gumbo soup, soy sauce and cooked rice.
  • Add chow mein noodles just before putting in the oven.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.

Notes

May substitute a can of mixed vegetables for chicken gumbo soup.
