Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- ¾ cup wild rice cooked
- 4 slices bacon cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small onion chopped
- ½ green pepper diced
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp oregano
- 1 small can mushrooms drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook wild rice per package directions.
- Saute bacon, green pepper and onion until done; add to rice, seasonings and mushrooms.
- Stir in soup. Bake in covered casserole dish 15 minutes.
