Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- ½ lb dry shell pasta
- ¾ cup baby dill pickles sliced
- ⅔ cup Cheddar cheese diced
- 3 tbsp white onion diced fine
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- ½ cup pickle juice
Dressing
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp pickle juice
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and cool.
- Let pasta sit in ½ cup pickle juice.
- Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl.
- Drain pickle juice from noodles and discard.
- Combine all ingredients including the dressing in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
