Ingredients

  • 4 cups cut-up strawberries
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 cups sugar

Instructions

  • Put vinegar over strawberries; stir and boil for 3 minutes.
  • Add sugar. Boil for 10 minutes (slow boil).
  • Put into large bowl to cool. Stir occasionally.
  • When cold, seal in jars.
