Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 4 cups cut-up strawberries
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
Instructions
- Put vinegar over strawberries; stir and boil for 3 minutes.
- Add sugar. Boil for 10 minutes (slow boil).
- Put into large bowl to cool. Stir occasionally.
- When cold, seal in jars.
