Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all in bowl and bake in greased pan or casserole dish at 300° for 2 hours.
  • Top with grated cheddar cheese.
