Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg linguine 16 oz
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into cubes
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 26 oz
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare linguine according to package directions in 6-qt saucepot. Add broccoli during last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain linguine mixture well in colander.
  • Heat butter in saucepot over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
  • Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper, and linguine mixture in saucepot and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occationally.
  • Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
