Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • garlic powder or freshly minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Lemon juice fresh or store bought

Instructions

  • Trim the asparagus ends.
  • Toss asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with: garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish, bake until tender. About 12-15 minutes at 425℉.
  • Sprinkle the roasted asparagus with lemon juice before serving, if desired.
