Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- garlic powder or freshly minced
- salt
- pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon juice fresh or store bought
Instructions
- Trim the asparagus ends.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with: garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish, bake until tender. About 12-15 minutes at 425℉.
- Sprinkle the roasted asparagus with lemon juice before serving, if desired.
