Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients
- 1 pkg butterscotch chips 12 oz
- ⅓ cup margarine
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pkg cream cheese 8 oz, softened
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Melt chips and margarine together.
- Stir in crumbs and nuts.
- Press half of mixture in 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
- Pour into crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
- Cool and then chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
