Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg butterscotch chips 12 oz
  • cup margarine
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Melt chips and margarine together.
  • Stir in crumbs and nuts.
  • Press half of mixture in 9×13-inch pan.
  • Beat cheese until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
  • Pour into crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cool and then chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
