Ingredients

  • 1 pkg hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • Onion, salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except paprika and parsley.
  • Put in greased casserole; sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
  • Bake at 350° about 1 hour or less.
