Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups fresh cut or canned corn
  • cup chopped green pepper
  • cup finely chopped onion
  • tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
  • Add vegetables to drippings. Cook vegetables over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon over top.
