Skillet Fried Corn
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 cups fresh cut or canned corn
- ⅓ cup chopped green pepper
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
- 1½ tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
- Add vegetables to drippings. Cook vegetables over low heat for 5-8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon over top.
