Fudgy Zucchini Cake
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup oil
- 1¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sour milk
- 2½ cup flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- 2 cups zucchini
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream butter, oil and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
- Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and cloves. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well.
- Stir in zucchini. Put in 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
