Fudgy Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup oil
  • cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup sour milk
  • cup flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream butter, oil and sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
  • Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and cloves. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well.
  • Stir in zucchini. Put in 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake 40 minutes at 325°.
