Ingredients

Cake Mixture

  • ¼ cup oleo margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt

Topping Mixture

  • 2 tbsp melted oleo margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts

Instructions

Cake Mixture

  • Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and beat.
  • Alternate mixing the milk and dry ingredients while mixing them into the creamed mixture.

Topping Mixture

  • Mix in a bowl.

Combining the Mixtures

  • Put half the [cake] mixture into an 8×11-inch greased pan.
  • Put half of [the topping] mixture on top of the cake in the pan[.]
  • [R]est of the cake mixture and rest of topping mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
